Introduction
Dr. Campbell completed his orthopaedic surgical residency in the Michigan State University system and later went on to fellowship training at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is a board-certified Orthopaedic surgeon focusing on the surgical treatment of shoulder, knee, sports medicine and general orthopaedics. He also provides non-surgical treatment of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.
With thousands of cases worth of experience Dr. Campbell brings a well-honed skill set to those patients in need of surgical treatment. That said, as an Osteopathic physician by medical school training, he employs an integrative approach in treating patients, and is often able to care for patients without the need for heavy medications or surgery.
Every patient is different and he approaches each one individually, truly partnering with him or her. He derives a great deal of satisfaction from getting to know and working together with his patients as they choose from the various treatment options that best match their goals.
As well, Dr. Campbell is well versed in the medical management of worker’s compensation with a keen understanding of the various issues surrounding AOE/COE, TTD, disability rating, apportionment, and future medical care. He has a thorough appreciation for how those factors affect patients, employers and the various carriers.
